Walking Groups:
- Assemble point: corner of the Corballis Shopping Centre on the footpath
- Assemble Time : 11:00 on with ALL GROUPS assembled no later than 11:45.
- participants under 18 must have adequate numbers of adults to supervise.
- Be aware of moving vehicles (Every effort will be made to keep walkers and floats apart)
Floats and Vehicles:
- Assemble point: corner of the Corballis Shopping Centre on inbound lane of the R125.
Vehicles will be queued in order of appearance.
- Assemble Time : 11:00 on with ALL VEHICLES assembled no later than 11:45.
- If your vehicle is part of a walking group we will assemble your walkers at the ‘Walkers Assemble Point’ marshals will merge your group and vehicle as you enter the parade.
- Max speed through the parade is 5km/hr
- Be aware of PEOPLE both participants and spectators the parade route does not have barriers so keep your eyes open and be prepared to stop a short notice if a person blocks your route.
- We encourage you to fit out your float / vehicle with sound and music, decorations
- There will be 3 staging points,
- The Auld Stand
- The Venue
- Supervalu (Quite Zone)
- Parade marshals will be positioned at each point to guide you were to stop.
- Please be noisy and interact with the spectators at staging points 1 & 2
- Staging point 3 is a low noise area be refrain from sounding horns, sirens or excessive revving of engines at this point.
- At all times, please follow the instructions of the parade and road marshals
